Hello and welcome to my technical blog, sponsored by CS100W at San Jose State University.
This blog reflects my interests and meanderings through global discussions or 'tech talks' from current events to platforms, languages, compilations of useful and interesting materials, and future planning.
Programming is versatile and exciting. It's a tangible, constantly evolving skill with relevance in nearly every part of our lives. From simple objects to complex server-fed applications, code is… everywhere! The more I learn, the more I want to explore (as it should be in my field of interest!)
As a Computer Scientist I wish to focus specifically on developing applications and features for mobile devices, and to promote the designs of intuitive tools for cross-platform development and deployment. The more people able to develop mobile applications effectively increases the amount of interest, communication, and content.
As technology progresses, our ability to do everything web worthy without being confined to a chair grows dramatically. FitBit, Droid and iPhone (among others…) are only the beginning of a mobile lifestyle poised to impact millions of people... and I would very much like to say I was an integral part of realizing better, station-free computing.
*** Welcome and enjoy your stay! ***
